Field Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Supports the Sales team by delivering technical, clinical, and educational/training assistance.

• Acts as the main resource for clinical support in patient selection, troubleshooting, and follow-up.

• Conducts external staff education on product specifications.

• Ensures that facilities are equipped with clinical literature and various marketing materials.

• Aids sales representatives by identifying the clinical needs of clients.

• Handles administrative responsibilities, including prompt patient documentation in Salesforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree is preferred in a clinical or related discipline.

• Experience working with patients is necessary, ideally in a clinical setting.

• 3-5 years of relevant clinical support experience is preferred.

• A demonstrated track record of success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• A high level of professionalism is essential.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain a good driving record, and have an active vehicle insurance policy.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness to accept feedback and suggestions for ongoing improvement.

• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours is required.
