Field Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provides technical, clinical, and educational/training assistance to the Sales team

• Aids in new patient/customer product demonstrations, training, and follow-up

• Supports sales representatives by engaging with clients to address clinical needs

• Ensures that facilities are stocked with clinical literature and other marketing materials

• Oversees administrative tasks such as patient documentation and data collection in Salesforce

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred college degree in a clinical or related discipline

• Experience working with patients, ideally in a clinical setting, is required

• Ideally, 3-5 years of relevant clinical support experience

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and have an active vehicle insurance policy

• Availability to work outside of standard business hours is necessary
