Field Architect – Global System Integrators

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance MinIO's Global Systems Integrator strategy to increase its impact within the AI ecosystem.

• Collaborate with the GSI leader focused on business to formulate and implement the global GSI strategy.

• Establish connections with partner CTOs, Chief Architects, Distinguished Engineers, AI Practice Leaders, and executive teams.

• Design and promote comprehensive AI Factory reference architectures that encompass compute, GPU infrastructure, networking, Kubernetes, storage, data platforms, AI frameworks, and orchestration.

• Utilize NVIDIA, Databricks, and the wider AI ecosystem to create joint offerings, solution blueprints, and go-to-market strategies.

• Facilitate Level 2–3 architectural discussions and technical workshops in collaboration with Field Architects for customer rollouts.

• Serve as MinIO's representative at conferences, executive briefings, analyst meetings, webinars, podcasts, and partner events.

• Offer strategic insights to Product and Engineering based on trends in the ecosystem and partner feedback.

• Influence C-level executives and senior technical leaders effectively.

• Create and publish blogs, white papers, reference architectures, and technical documentation that influence market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, AI, cloud, or distributed systems.

• Profound understanding of Enterprise AI architectures and AI Factory design.

• Strong expertise in NVIDIA AI Enterprise, DGX/HGX, CUDA ecosystem, AI Factory architectures, networking, and GPU infrastructure.

• Experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Iceberg, RAG, agentic AI, and contemporary AI platforms.

• Familiarity with working alongside or within Global Systems Integrators.

• Outstanding executive presence, storytelling ability, whiteboarding skills, and public speaking proficiency.

• Demonstrated capacity to influence strategy without having direct authority.
