This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Partner with sales leadership to design and execute successful sales strategies utilizing Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipeline.
• Leverage your expertise in Kubernetes to offer technical support and guidance to the sales team, ensuring effective communication of our cloud storage solutions to prospective clients.
• Interact with customers to comprehend their business requirements, articulate our value proposition, and create customized solutions that address their needs.
• Develop sales materials, presentations, and demonstrations that effectively highlight our products, incorporating Salesforce functionalities to enhance processes.
• Collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure customer insights are reflected in product improvements.
• Provide training and mentorship to sales representatives on best practices for Salesforce and Kubernetes integration.
• Evaluate sales data and performance indicators to fine-tune strategies and enhance sales results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 4 years of experience in a sales engineering or sales architect role, ideally in the cloud or storage sector.
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and its role in cloud solutions.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
