This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Ensure the timely execution of essential reporting and compliance tasks for federal contract vehicles.
• Keep precise and well-organized contract records and documentation within contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and internal repositories.
• Assist with contract modifications, amendments, extensions, renewals, and other necessary contractual changes.
• Act as the contractual point of contact for the maintenance of various supplier and vendor portals.
• Prepare standard procurement forms, federal representations and certifications, along with ad hoc requirements to support RFQs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for the issuance and execution of various company agreements, conducting initial contractual reviews and identifying issues that need escalation to the Manager.
• Aid in bid and proposal activities, including proposal coordination, initial compliance reviews, and gathering required submission materials.
• 2-4 years of experience in a federal contracts or procurement setting.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational capabilities; precision and attention to detail, including follow-up.
• Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• US Citizen; must be able and willing to obtain a security clearance.
