⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehends customer processes and products and understands how they align with the objectives of the business unit

• Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by suppliers to ensure conformity with business requirements; validates suppliers' estimates

• Estimates the Rough Order of Magnitude for the effort/cost associated with new application functionality

• Conducts quality review checks on project deliverables

• Serves as a liaison between Business and IT, as assigned; assists users in developing a Business Case, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and the formulation of a high-level plan

• Aids in implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues, and providing training as needed

• Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components, maintaining a comprehensive view of the system; specifies and recommends integration and parallel testing criteria; is accountable for the conceptual design of business applications

• Mentors junior colleagues; collaborates closely with GiTAG in driving architectural solutions for specific applications (e.g., application architectural models, frameworks, middleware, etc.)

• Additional Responsibilities: Addresses application problem tickets as necessary
