This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Take charge of the growth strategy for the Amazon store, including product selection and launch roadmap.
• Conduct research to identify and source profitable products; negotiate with suppliers and oversee landed costs.
• Develop and enhance product listings (including keywords, positioning, images, and A+ content guidance).
• Oversee FBA operations, inventory forecasting, and planning for replenishment.
• Track and enhance performance metrics (sales, contribution margin, pricing, and inventory health).
• Collaborate with freelancers or partners to support creatives, advertisements, and operational needs.
• Establish scalable processes to facilitate long-term growth.
• Over 5 years of practical experience with Amazon FBA, possessing direct responsibility for products and P&L.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling physical products on Amazon.
• Strong experience in sourcing suppliers and negotiating (both domestically and internationally).
• Thorough understanding of Amazon listing optimization, SEO, and conversion strategies.
• Experience in managing inventory planning and fulfillment operations within FBA.
• Capability to function independently with a high level of accountability and minimal supervision.
• Non-negotiable: Prior experience working remotely; proficiency with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar); and previous work experience with US or UK-based companies. Applications that do not meet this criterion will not be considered.
