📋 Description

• - **Teaching and Instruction:**

• - Deliver assigned courses, ensuring exemplary instruction and active student involvement.

• - Organize and conduct synchronous course sessions alongside asynchronous learning experiences.

• - Create and implement course readings, learning frameworks, assignments, and assessments.

• - **Student Communication and Support:**

• - Provide prompt and constructive feedback on all coursework assigned.

• - Communicate with candidates and advisors if a student is at risk of failing by midterm.

• - Hold office hours and meet with candidates to facilitate their learning and success.

• - **Coaching and Mentorship:**

• - Offer individualized coaching and support.

• - Establish strong relationships with candidates to foster transformative coaching experiences.

• - Engage in regular coaching cycles, review lesson plans, provide feedback, and lead reflective coaching discussions.

• - **Onboarding and Training:**

• - Participate in annual onboarding sessions.

• - Complete mandatory training on Canvas and Craft Connect, and integrate these tools into courses.

• - Fulfill all required professional development courses, including training on effective implementation of the Oxford Tutorial Method.

• - **Course and Grading Management:**

• - Maintain consistent grading and record grades as assignments are completed.

• - Ensure all faculty surveys and end-of-term closing procedures are finalized.

• - **Engagement and Professional Development:**

• - Review and comply with the student and faculty handbook.

• - Engage in faculty learning communities, professional development initiatives, and other collaborative endeavors.

• - A history of achievement and experience in education (e.g., veteran teacher, principal, instructional coach).
