This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Oversee the regional implementation of FM Projects COE standards, playbooks, workflows, and technological solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, facility leads, and service providers to integrate new processes into everyday operations.
• Assess compliance, effectiveness, and performance of established standards throughout the region.
• Formulate and execute change management strategies for new processes and tools.
• Communicate with regional stakeholders regarding changes, expectations, timelines, and the value of new initiatives.
• Identify obstacles to change and coordinate remedial actions with regional leaders and the COE.
• Conduct training sessions on FM Projects COE processes, systems, and playbooks.
• Offer continuous user support and reinforcement.
• Develop accessible materials to enhance user comprehension and adoption.
• Maintain ongoing communication with users to verify adoption and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Create feedback loops to share regional insights with the COE.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and solution enhancement for persistent gaps or inefficiencies.
• Support standardized facility project methodologies involving minor space renovations, infrastructure enhancements and installations, roofing and building envelope tasks, and routine site improvements.
• Travel between various sites.
• At least 8 years of experience in Facilities Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years of experience in Facilities Management, project delivery, or related technical disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing standardized processes or enterprise solutions.
• Proven proficiency in change management, communications, and training.
• Experience in managing or assisting with facility projects is preferred.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
