This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Oversee the regional implementation of FM Projects COE standards, playbooks, workflows, and technological solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, facility leaders, and service providers to integrate new processes into everyday operations.
• Assess compliance, efficiency, and performance of established standards throughout the region.
• Create and implement change management strategies for the adoption of new processes and tools.
• Communicate with regional stakeholders regarding changes, expectations, timelines, and benefits.
• Identify obstacles to change and coordinate corrective measures with regional leaders and the COE.
• Facilitate training on FM Projects COE processes, systems, and playbooks.
• Offer continuous user support and develop accessible materials for adoption.
• Maintain ongoing communication with users, establish feedback mechanisms, and relay regional insights to the COE.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and the refinement of solutions.
• Utilize Facilities Management Projects expertise for facility projects including renovations, infrastructure upgrades, roofing and building envelope work, and routine site enhancements.
• Travel between sites as necessary.
• A minimum of 8+ years in Facilities Management along with a bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.
• 8+ years of experience in Facilities Management, project delivery, or related technical domains.
• At least 5+ years of experience in implementing standardized processes or enterprise solutions.
• Proven skills in change management, communication, and training.
• Preferred experience in managing or supporting facility projects.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring company immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
