This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and maintain service continuity.

• Cultivate long-term relationships through proactive communication and building trust.

• Provide anticipatory support by foreseeing needs and thwarting potential issues before they arise.

• Monitor performance metrics to track usage and satisfaction, ensuring customers derive maximum benefit.

• Share best practices by educating customers and providers on the applications of ServiceChannel.

• Identify and report technical issues to the development team for resolution.

• Analyze work orders for potential cost-saving opportunities, such as warranties and landlord coverage.

• Assist with customer-facing initiatives and special projects.

• Oversee emergency work orders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews and regular operation meetings with customers.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support both internal and external initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in facilities work order management within sectors such as Restaurant, Hospitality, Medical/Veterinary, or Retail.

• Strong skills in managing customer relationships with a history of achieving high satisfaction levels.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities in English.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

• An analytical mindset for data review and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Adaptability and receptiveness to feedback, with comfort in process updates.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Comfortable participating in virtual meetings on camera.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Preferred Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, customer service, or a related field.

• Experience with facilities management software (such as ServiceChannel) and CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight).
