This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
β’ Collaborating with advisors to provide customized life insurance solutions that align with client objectives, enhanced by clear and compelling product insights along with real-world examples.
β’ Presenting with confidence and effectiveness in both individual and group settings, whether virtually or in person.
β’ Cultivating and maintaining robust sales relationships within your designated territory through proactive outreach, continuous profiling, and strategic account management.
β’ Implementing targeted activity plans that generate new opportunities and increase sales.
β’ Offering regular, thoughtful updates to sales leadership regarding territory activities and outcomes.
β’ Tracking territory performance to ensure it aligns with broader business goals.
β’ Effectively managing travel and expenses while optimizing your time in the field.
β’ High school diploma.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in life insurance wholesale distribution.
β’ FINRA Series 6 at the time of application.
β’ FINRA Series 63 at the time of application or must be obtained within 6 months.
β’ State Life and Health license at the time of application.
β’ Willingness to travel 25-50%.
β’ Must reside in TX, NM, AZ, CO, OK, or KS.
β’ Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
β’ Industry Designations such as CLU, ChFC, and/or CFP (preferred).
β’ At least 2 years of experience in an external wholesaling position (preferred).
β’ Proven success with career brokers and in meeting territory sales targets (preferred).
β’ Demonstrated sales and presentation abilities, including strong negotiation skills (preferred).
β’ Success in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with centers of influence (preferred).
β’ Regular meetings with the MMFA National Sales Life Team and the wider MMFA Advice and Client Solutions organization.
β’ Focused one-on-one meetings with your manager.
β’ Networking opportunities, including access to Asian, Hispanic/Latinx, African American, women, LGBTQ, Veteran, and disability-focused Business Resource Groups.
β’ Access to learning resources on Degreed and other informative platforms.
