External Credit Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute consultative sales of financial products with independence and business insight;

• Engage in remote customer interactions through phone, video calls, and WhatsApp, ensuring clear communication, promptness, and an exceptional customer experience;

• Oversee the complete commercial process from initial contact to the closing of proposals;

• Comprehend each client's context and requirements to devise solutions that align with their profile;

• Confidently negotiate proposals, prioritizing effectively with a focus on conversion;

• Document information, interactions, and process stages in the CRM, maintaining an organized and up-to-date sales funnel;

• Monitor opportunities and assist clients throughout their journey, enhancing relationships, trust, and process continuity;

• Adhere to a disciplined approach in managing the commercial routine, tracking targets, KPIs, and priorities;

• Assist, when necessary, in active prospecting and re-engagement of opportunities in line with area strategy;

• Offer suggestions for improvements in approach, portfolio organization, commercial workflow, and operational best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in consultative sales, negotiation, or commercial client relationship management;

• Background in financial products, credit, consortia, financing, or related commercial fields;

• Experience in managing proposals, follow-ups, and closing opportunities;

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;

• Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and a results-driven commercial routine;

• Organized and disciplined in managing tasks in a remote setting;

• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales funnels, and structured information management;

• Experience in servicing customers through phone, video calls, and WhatsApp;

• High school diploma or equivalent.
