📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with artists, engineers, and designers to guarantee creative consistency, suggest rendering techniques, and transform concepts into tangible outcomes.

• Perform routine audits of content integrity, covering physically-based rendering material values and shaders across various environments and characters, as well as ensuring the stability of lighting and post-production systems.

• Play a key role in the look development process by examining visual targets and distilling them into practical, real-time-ready proposals.

• Evaluate artistic pipelines and workflows to pinpoint potential enhancements, while proposing and prototyping methods or automation solutions to boost efficiency and productivity.

• Coach and support fellow developers in best practices and technical strategies for content creation and rendering.

• Detect, troubleshoot, and address rendering and performance-related issues while preserving visual consistency across the scalability objectives of different platforms.

• Investigate emerging trends and innovations in rendering technology and exceptional visual accomplishments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 7+ years of experience in real-time graphics, rendering, physical-based lighting, and shading PBR pipeline, or technical artistry, particularly with Unreal Engine.

• A portfolio that highlights your artistic excellence and computer graphics development, showcasing completed projects across various domains such as films, commercials, and games.

• Strong comprehension and proven experience in creating and utilizing computer graphics workflows (lighting, rendering, shaders), especially with Unreal Engine.

• Proficient in HLSL, GLSL, or other shader/programming languages.

• Capable of effective communication within a team environment, including the ability to document or visually articulate complex concepts.

• Proactive in pursuing shared objectives, mentoring colleagues, and contributing both independently and collaboratively.

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for visual aesthetics and design, along with creative and strategic problem-solving skills that promote innovation.

• Comfortable with iterative processes and receptive to feedback, using data to continuously enhance solutions, adept at working through cycles of prototyping, testing, and refinement, and maintaining flexibility and openness to change.
