This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers after sales.
• Collaborate on the integration of the XBOW product within customer environments.
• Lead deployments, support, and upgrades for self-hosted products.
• Assist in feature prototyping.
• Provide Tier 2 support for customer technical challenges.
• Be willing to assist in pre-sales support roles when necessary.
• Offer insights to product teams based on field observations.
• Help articulate the technical and business advantages of the product to users and stakeholders.
• Facilitate the transition between pre-sales and post-sales teams.
• Conduct Expert Services engagements.
• Over 10 years of experience in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or related fields.
• Background as an Expert Services or Field Engineer in the security domain, ideally with a SaaS product.
• Familiarity with SAST, SCA, CWP, and DAST products available in the market.
• Practical experience in building cloud infrastructure, deploying products in cloud environments, and integrating with VPN and SSO technologies.
• Strong understanding of security principles, including the OWASP Top 10.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO-27001, FedRAMP, SOC2, PCI, or HIPAA.
• Ability to support Customer Success Management teams by addressing technical issues and providing Tier 2 support.
• Comfortable with prototyping features for clients.
• Experience collaborating with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
• Proficient in conveying complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
• Skilled in customizing communication for CISOs, security engineers, and executives.
• Experience working alongside Product Engineering teams to relay customer insights.
• Basic understanding of customer post-sales purchasing motivations and objections.
• Willingness to learn new programming languages such as Go and TypeScript.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Korean.
