This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as a liaison among clients, CROs, and Labcorp.
• Lead communications among Labcorp study team members to ensure effective study execution.
• Oversee project management for client deliverables, focusing on budget, risk, and milestone management.
• Facilitate interactions between clients and the extended Labcorp study team, including the Study Design Lead and Regional Study Coordinator.
• Evaluate statements of work (SOW) to guarantee quality execution of client-specific requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies.
• Serve as a client ambassador within Labcorp Central Laboratory Services and across Labcorp business units.
• Document and respond to customer expectations while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Navigate conflicting priorities and make challenging decisions in dynamic settings.
• Implement, track, and report performance metrics.
• Engage in ongoing process improvement, quality, and productivity initiatives.
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to understand the culture and pipeline of assigned clients.
• Foster internal and external relationships to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Attend functional meetings to provide input while keeping processes current.
• Adhere to the LCLS Global Project Management strategy.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex global clinical projects, including budget, risk, timeline, and stakeholder management.
• Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience and stakeholder management (both internal and external).
• Demonstrated ability to drive project execution, influence cross-functional teams, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of leading client communications confidently, managing expectations, influencing outcomes, and establishing long-term trusted partnerships.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority, align cross-functional teams, and eliminate obstacles.
• Ability to think beyond immediate project tasks and contribute to broader client, operational, and organizational goals.
• Customer-centered and solution-driven mindset, dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience.
• Track record of success in process improvement, change management, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong understanding of clinical trials, project management methodologies, and clinical development processes.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a solid record of accountability, independent decision-making, and successful execution of complex projects.
• Proven ability to think strategically, foresee challenges, and develop proactive solutions that align with client and business objectives.
