This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Publish innovative, high-impact academic research.

• Perform thorough evaluations of programs for tools and training executed across the psychologist and psychiatrist network.

• Assist in the development and upkeep of project plans, timelines, and budgets for clinical studies.

• Monitor and report study progress against key milestones.

• Identify potential risks or process deficiencies, escalate issues, and aid in creating mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate cross-functional timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for studies.

• Support adherence to protocols and compliance activities, including IRB submissions, financial tracking, and management of study protocols.

• Generate academic and practical research outputs, including peer-reviewed publications, white papers, or internal analyses.

• Create both customer-facing and internal materials that translate research findings into clinical or business insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed mental health professional with a PhD or PsyD in psychology or a related discipline.

• Proven track record of peer-reviewed academic research, including first-author publications.

• Proficiency in a statistical programming language such as R or Python.

• Experience in supporting clinical research studies or research programs, including coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under appropriate guidance, prioritization, and escalation.

• Initiative and ability to self-manage scientific work while effectively collaborating on program management activities.

• Experience in mental health technology or employee benefits is a plus.
