This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Review and refresh over 750 content images to guarantee visual consistency with brand guidelines and content quality throughout the platform.
• Create and prototype animated overlays for in-app notifications and gamification features, inspired by progressive onboarding techniques (similar to Duolingo-style engagement flows).
• Spearhead the development and execution of interaction and motion design elements across both web and mobile platforms.
• Integrate product design and marketing efforts to provide a unified multi-channel visual experience, encompassing apps, websites, advertisements, and presentations.
• Maintain consistency with design systems and brand standards across all user touchpoints.
• Participate in usability testing and analyze user feedback to guide design improvements.
• Implement approved UI/GUI enhancements in the production application and monitor feature performance over time.
• Keep detailed records of design decisions and manage organized, scalable design asset libraries.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and executive teams.
• 3–5+ years of practical experience in UI/UX design, interaction design, or motion graphics within a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing engaging and polished digital product work.
• Proficiency in Figma (including AI features), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in animation and motion design for digital products, including micro-interactions, transitions, and animated overlays.
• Capability to work autonomously, juggle multiple projects, and communicate proactively within a small team.
• Willingness to utilize AI tools to expedite and enhance design processes.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development cycles.
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles.
• Experience in designing for SaaS products, healthcare, or wellness applications is advantageous.
• Background in multi-channel design, including marketing collateral, digital advertisements, and presentations, is a plus.
• Understanding of gamification UX patterns and engagement-focused design is beneficial.
