Expense Analyst Assistant – Corporate Relocation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Examine and audit expense transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and client policies.

• Handle employee expense reports, vendor invoices, reimbursement requests, and other expense-related transactions.

• Generate vouchers and meticulously input financial transactions into expense management systems.

• Process and reconcile monthly client American Express credit card charges along with the necessary supporting documentation.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in expenses, missing documentation, and any payment issues.

• Assist in month-end expense processing, reconciliations, and reporting tasks.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and supporting documentation.

• Identify and recommend opportunities for process enhancements, control improvements, and increased operational efficiency.

• Oversee and manage the shared mailboxes for the Expense Management department.

• Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries from employees, clients, and vendors.

• Aid in reporting, data validation, and support for audits.

• Keep process documentation and standard operating procedures current and updated.

⛳️ Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in expense management, accounts payable, accounting support, finance, relocation services, or a similar administrative role.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Experience in the relocation, global mobility, or corporate services sectors.

• Familiarity with expense management, ERP, or financial management systems.

• Background in supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
