This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main financial planning advisor for highly compensated participants by establishing trusted, long-lasting relationships through tailored financial guidance.

• Perform thorough workplace benefits optimization assessments during both initial and ongoing planning sessions.

• Create, present, and execute personalized financial plans that align with each participant's financial objectives, family situation, and long-term goals.

• Offer advice on retirement planning, investment management, tax-efficient strategies, estate planning considerations, cash flow management, education planning, insurance, and risk management.

• Suggest, implement, and periodically assess investment strategies that correspond to participant goals, risk tolerance, and timeframes.

• Engage in impactful financial planning discussions that uncover opportunities to enhance participant involvement and nurture long-term relationships.

• Work collaboratively with participants' attorneys, accountants, and other trusted professionals, as necessary, to bolster comprehensive financial planning strategies.

• Guide and mentor Benefits Planners and Financial Benefits Consultants by sharing planning knowledge, coaching best practices, and encouraging professional growth.

• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, tax law updates, and financial planning best practices to provide timely and pertinent guidance.

• Maintain precise client records and planning documentation in compliance with FINRA, SEC, state insurance, and company regulatory standards.

• Uphold adherence to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and fiduciary responsibilities.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• MBA is preferred.

• Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification is mandatory.

• An active FINRA Series 7 license is required.

• Active FINRA Series 63 and Series 65 licenses, or Series 66, are required.

• State Life Insurance License is necessary.

• FINRA Fingerprinting is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or financial advisory services, particularly with high-net-worth or executive clientele.

• Proven success in developing, presenting, and managing comprehensive financial plans for clients with intricate financial planning needs.

• Strong expertise in investment management, retirement planning, tax-efficient planning, estate planning, executive benefits, and risk management strategies.

• Demonstrated consultative relationship management abilities with a capacity to build trust, deepen client relationships, and identify planning opportunities.

• Proven skill in conveying complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to executive-level participants.

• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• High standards of professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to regulatory compliance.

• Proficient in financial planning software such as MoneyGuidePro, NaviPlan, or similar platforms, along with the Microsoft Office Suite.
