Executive Orchestrator – CEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Manage the CEO’s operational schedule: calendar, priorities, weekly planning, daily check-ins, and task prioritization.

• Document the CEO's insights and convert them into actionable deliverables with assigned owners, timelines, and next steps.

• Develop streamlined systems that facilitate workflow: templates, recurring checklists, meeting notes leading to tasks, and escalation procedures.

• Take charge of marketing operations execution as required: maintaining CRM hygiene, tagging, lead routing, email sequences, and follow-up automation.

• Oversee the coordination of campaign and content launches across the portfolio (including the Spray Foam podcast and CoveCasa initiatives).

• Ensure accountability among operators and partners; identify obstacles and drive resolutions without micromanagement from the CEO.

• Generate a weekly portfolio scorecard encompassing marketing and sales KPIs, project milestones, and potential risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience supporting a founder/CEO in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Execution Partner role.

• Demonstrated capability to manage daily operations effectively: planning cadence, task systems, and reliable follow-through.

• Practical experience in executing marketing operations (CRM workflows, email sequences, funnels, and basic copy support).

• Strong project management abilities (using ClickUp/Asana) with a proven history of delivering results in fast-paced settings.

• Daily user of AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality (for SOP drafting, campaign drafts, converting meeting notes into tasks, and automation planning).

• Non-negotiable: Prior experience in remote work; proficient with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana/ClickUp or similar) and preferably experience with US or UK-based companies—applications lacking this will not be reviewed.
