Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, and other industry professionals.

• Represent the Rocket brand at various community and civic events.

• Create, enhance, and sustain a portfolio of business to increase referral volume.

• Consult with clients to assess their financial circumstances and recommend suitable loan products.

• Educate and guide clients through the home-buying or refinancing processes.

• Review client financial conditions and documentation.

• Support clients throughout the loan process, from application to closing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Valid Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.

• Excellent communication, time management, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Results-oriented, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in self-generated mortgage loan origination (Preferred).
