• Offer strategic and operational guidance for comprehensive front-end revenue cycle services, patient access operations, and ambulatory scheduling activities.

• Enhance financial outcomes, increase accessibility to care, and refine workflows.

• Spearhead large-scale initiatives focused on Epic and EMR-driven transformations within a health system or across multiple sites.

• Integrate strategic vision, financial prudence, and practical operational expertise to boost efficiency, enhance patient experience, and elevate organizational performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is mandatory.

• A Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or a related discipline) is preferred.

• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare concerning revenue cycle, patient access, or ambulatory operations.

• Proven experience in managing call centers or access centers within a healthcare setting.

• Strong background in Epic (or comparable EMR) implementation and optimization is essential.

• Demonstrated success in budget management, financial supervision, and enhancing operational performance.

• Experience leading healthcare operations at the multi-site or enterprise level is highly preferred.
