• Proven experience in managing call centers or access centers within a healthcare setting.
• Strong background in Epic (or comparable EMR) implementation and optimization is essential.
• Demonstrated success in budget management, financial supervision, and enhancing operational performance.
• Experience leading healthcare operations at the multi-site or enterprise level is highly preferred.
