Executive Director, AI Forward Deployed Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and guide the engineering strategy, delivery model, and execution plan for forward-deployed agentic AI solutions across various business functions.

• Supervise the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of AI solutions.

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, product teams, and domain experts to ascertain requirements.

• Lead engineering teams in the creation, deployment, and maintenance of scalable AI applications.

• Facilitate the integration of AI solutions with current systems and workflows.

• Establish engineering practices that foster quality and continual improvement.

• Work closely with platform, data, security, and infrastructure teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required, while an advanced degree is preferred, ideally in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related discipline.

• Over 15 years of progressive product management experience.

• Extensive expertise in AI-driven product management.

• Demonstrated capability in people leadership and organizational development.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and executive influence.
