Executive Assistant, Social Media Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create engaging captions for Instagram posts using restaurant images and supplied information.

• Retrieve videos from JIRA and upload them to Instagram client accounts, complete with music and captions.

• Contact restaurants using pre-written templates to generate leads for featured posts priced between $600 and $1,000.

• Organize videographer appointments and schedule sales calls with interested restaurant proprietors.

• Oversee communications and follow-ups with prospective restaurant clients.

• Arrange calls with restaurant owners in different cities for market research related to courses.

• Utilize Google Sheets to maintain outreach lists and monitor progress.

• Assist with administrative tasks as trust is established, including email management, scheduling, and higher-level projects.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Previous experience in social media management or community management is preferred.

• Familiarity with managing social media accounts of similar scale, preferably in the food or restaurant sector.
