This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and President across all facets of their portfolios.
• Act as a reliable liaison within the organization as well as with external partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor multiple fast-paced workstreams, project specifics, and stakeholder details.
• Manage a high volume of both internal and external information exchanges.
• Edit and prepare memoranda, talking points, letters, and various communications.
• Organize meetings, gather necessary documents, coordinate both in-person and virtual logistics, and take minutes when requested.
• Assist in reviewing presentations and reports for accuracy and clarity.
• Compile and organize briefing materials for meetings and public appearances.
• Maintain calendars and arrange meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel plans.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, logistics, and expense reporting.
• Assist in the planning and organization of internal and external meetings involving the principals.
• Professionally and discreetly handle sensitive, complex, and confidential information.
• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience supporting senior executives are required.
• Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Capability to swiftly adapt to changing priorities and demands.
• Proficiency in managing a complex to-do list, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Canva, and Asana is preferred.
• Strong preference for familiarity with AI tools.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Capacity to exercise individual agency and discern when communication or independent action is necessary.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High tolerance for ambiguity.
• Skill in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive or confidential matters.
• A desire to work remotely with mature, socially conscious professionals.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
