This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee daily office management tasks, which include filing, correspondence, scheduling, and providing general administrative assistance.
• Execute bookkeeping responsibilities, such as processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
• Utilize QuickBooks and Xero to document transactions, create financial reports, and aid in month-end reconciliations.
• Prepare and uphold payroll as well as employee records as needed, guaranteeing accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to facilitate seamless office operations.
• Assist management with reporting, document preparation, data entry, and various administrative projects.
• Keep both digital and physical records organized while ensuring adherence to company policies and financial procedures.
• Adopt a proactive stance in identifying process enhancements, resolving administrative challenges, and supporting the wider team.
• At least 5+ years of experience in an Office Administrator position with bookkeeping duties.
• Demonstrated expertise in QuickBooks and Xero, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation tasks.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English, complemented by excellent communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• A proactive and self-driven attitude, capable of anticipating needs and taking initiative without constant oversight.
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and outstanding organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in Business Administration, Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
