This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide remote bookkeeping assistance to small businesses.
• Maintain daily client relationships while following established processes and budget guidelines.
• Carry out bookkeeping tasks tailored to individual client requirements.
• Deliver outstanding bookkeeping services using QuickBooks Online.
• Close monthly accounts and send reports via email to clients.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Generate financial statements and perform regular reconciliations.
• Handle payroll processing and offer clerical and administrative assistance.
• Ensure adherence to government reporting obligations.
• Facilitate client onboarding for all engagements.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in delivering detailed bookkeeping and accounting support.
• Certification in QuickBooks Online.
• At least 3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks in a professional setting.
• Proficient in Outlook and the Office 365 Online Suite (including Outlook Online, Microsoft ToDo, Microsoft Teams Meetings, and SharePoint/OneDrive).
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• A strong desire to assist clients and derive personal satisfaction from contributing to their success in managing their small businesses.
• Confidence in learning new technologies, along with a commitment to consistently follow established policies and procedures.
• Skilled in meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Willingness to foster robust remote team relationships built on trust, accountability, integrity, and shared learning and training.
• Dedicated workspace equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Ability and commitment to work 40 hours per week.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field.
• Fully equipped to work remotely.
• Advanced Certification in QuickBooks Online.
• Willingness to make and receive phone calls when urgent client communication is required to complete bookkeeping tasks.
