• You assist e-commerce entrepreneurs daily via email and video calls with their accounting challenges.

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.

• Identifying recurring issues and enhancing our solutions.

• Collaborating closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• High self-motivation and results-oriented approach (SMART Goals).

• Experience using DATEV (mandatory requirement).

• Interest in the digital transformation of the accounting industry.

• Independent, structured, and process-oriented work style.

• Open to feedback, digital work, and a remote-first culture.

• Fluent in both German and English.
