Events – Customer Experience Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee NASCAR customer engagement and hospitality initiatives, which include VIP race weekends, customer events, executive experiences, and hospitality activations.

• Organize event operations and logistics across various functions, encompassing tickets, credentials, travel arrangements, hotels, transportation, race assets, event schedules, promotional materials, and on-site execution.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business leaders to enhance customer engagement, synchronize branding and messaging, boost event participation, and support NASCAR-related activities across ABB business units.

• Administer event management and reporting tasks, including CRM updates, budget oversight, procurement, project timelines, post-event evaluations, customer communications, inventory management, and process enhancements.

• Assist ABB’s national sales teams through customer engagement efforts tied to NASCAR and corporate events.

• Represent ABB at significant NASCAR-related events and meetings across the country.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the sports industry is required, preferably within NASCAR.

• Proven experience in professional events and customer engagement is essential.

• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time to various ABB, customer, and trade show events.

• Candidates must possess valid work authorization allowing employment with ABB in the United States.
