Event Management, Social Media, Community – Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the organization of the Global Female Entrepreneurs Summit

• Plan and oversee various formats of both online and offline events

• Handle communication with event speakers and participants of virtual events

• Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy

• Create written content and visuals for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Threads

• Oversee the management of social media accounts

• Generate engaging content for our community

• Engage with our community members

• Participate in research initiatives

• Plan and design a newsletter

• Publish articles in our online magazine

• Conduct administrative tasks and manage email correspondence

• Possess enthusiasm and a strong drive

• Maintain an open-minded and positive outlook

• Show concern for global issues, particularly those related to women's empowerment

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player

• Enjoy working on a computer from home and possess strong computer skills

• Have a passion for online communication with others

• Exhibit independent thinking and the ability to contribute and execute innovative ideas

• Be a quick learner with a love for acquiring new knowledge

• Think and work creatively

• Possess skills in international communication

• Visual and creative skills are advantageous

• Have proficient communication and written English skills (English is the working language)
