This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Accountable for the organization and implementation of branded events for Napoleon.
• Engage in field activations for the Brand Ambassador, Dealer Sales, and corporate functions.
• Manage all company equipment and supplies, prepare specified menu items, and represent the Napoleon Brand to dealers, consumers, and internal staff.
• Conduct store visits within the GTA as necessary, assisting BA team members at both focus and non-focus locations.
• Support all major events within the Napoleon corporate and sales divisions as required.
• Collaborate with Events/Sales to finalize detailed schedules and menus for all assigned events.
• Perform weekly maintenance and cleaning of all equipment and vehicles as needed.
• Participate in training with the BA team for upcoming significant sales events at national account locations.
• Assist the corporate events team with barn and office setups as required.
• Generate bi-weekly reports on the status of upcoming events and post-event reports for the manager.
• Attend trade shows, stores, community organizations, or other venues to showcase products or services and to respond to inquiries from potential customers.
• Complete sales service reports and upload photographs while in-store.
• Participate in and lead in-store brand events and demonstrations to impart product knowledge to customers and store personnel.
• Ensure product quality and that clients are well-informed about the offerings.
• Maintain and merchandise authorized SKUs according to the approved layout and plan-o-gram.
• High School Diploma; Post-Secondary Education is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in food preparations, ideally in a grilling capacity.
• 1-2 years of experience in consumer-facing retail roles.
• Ability to motivate and enhance memorable in-store brand events and demonstrations.
• Proficient in effective communication with management and customers.
• Availability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
• Capable of performing repetitive bending, standing, walking, and lifting materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• A valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory.
• Possession of a smartphone or tablet (Apple or Android) with internet access to complete reports while in-store.
• Some overnight travel will be necessary.
