This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead, develop, and implement a comprehensive distribution strategy and growth plans aimed at ensuring sustainable brand expansion.
• Initiate and execute brand and product launches to achieve the sales and profit objectives of each brand.
• Gather, evaluate, and synthesize marketplace data from various sources, recognizing and applying significant trends to branding and marketing strategies.
• Proactively monitor and assess the health of the brand(s), addressing challenges and harnessing opportunities for adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to forecast, establish, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), applying insights to brand recommendations.
• Discover new channel opportunities and work closely with product, brand, and channel management to enhance brand presence and recognition through broader distribution.
• Provide clear brand guidance and direction (both written and verbal) to colleagues and stakeholders to enhance our sales and distribution efforts.
• Ensure all outputs meet our quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Act as the organizational hub for the brand and sales team, managing project timelines, budgets, processes, and tools.
• Serve as the brand champion and expert, ensuring brand integrity across all aspects.
• Participate in the annual brand planning process.
• Establish the brand planning calendar, coordinate cross-functional activities and planning processes, manage timelines, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
• Leverage category insights to identify growth opportunities and propel sales and marketing initiatives.
• Work with the sales team to define specific strategies for clients.
• Enhance product/brand sales and increase market share.
• Represent the company and provide necessary support at various trade shows and conventions.
• At least 3 years of client management experience in CPG / Natural.
• Proven experience in developing CPG / Natural brand strategy.
• Must be a self-starter with initiative and drive, capable of executing swiftly with minimal strategic direction.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in navigating local and national distribution networks and a solid understanding of the retail landscape.
• Previous experience in managing and leading regional or national teams (or equivalent).
• Experience in planning, executing, and reporting on progress against key initiatives.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
• Proficient in written and oral presentation skills.
• Experience or ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Understanding of retail and distribution analytics.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.

• Skills in budget management.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
