Brand Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Enhance brand and product visibility among HVAC/plumbing distributors

• Perform regular visits and audits at branches to ensure effective execution of promotional initiatives

• Assist counter staff in becoming on-site “mini brand ambassadors”

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch managers, counter sales teams, and installers

• Plan and carry out regional promotional events such as breakfast sessions, trade days, and in-store activities

• Support campaigns and regional social media engagement

• Arrange POS materials and visually appealing in-store product displays

• Conduct product demonstrations and basic in-store training sessions

• Document customer visits, opportunities, and activities within our CRM

• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities throughout Austria

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• A confident, outgoing demeanor with a knack for quickly building rapport

• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a field-based position

• Proficiency in both German and English

• Strong organizational skills and effective territory management

• Capability to learn and confidently present technical product information

• Comfort in using social media platforms for professional interaction and brand promotion

• A valid driving license

• Experience in field marketing, promotions, sales, or events is a plus

• Background in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, promotions, or sales

• Familiarity with field sales, merchandising, events, or brand activation activities

• A results-oriented mindset with a readiness to learn and take initiative
