This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• This position will oversee the planning and implementation of branded events for Napoleon, which includes field activations for the Brand Ambassador, Dealer Sales, and various corporate events.
• Provide assistance for all significant events within the Napoleon corporate and sales sectors as required.
• Collaborate with the Events/Sales team to develop comprehensive schedules and menus for all assigned events.
• Conduct weekly maintenance and cleaning of all equipment and vehicles as necessary.
• Participate in training sessions with the BA team in preparation for upcoming major sales events at national account locations.
• Support the corporate events team with the setup of barns and offices as needed.
• Prepare bi-weekly updates on the status of upcoming events and post-event reports for the manager.
• Attend trade shows, retail locations, community organizations, or other venues to showcase products or services and respond to inquiries from potential customers.
• Complete sales service reports and upload photos while on-site at stores.
• Participate in and lead in-store brand events and demonstrations to share product knowledge with customers and store staff.
• Ensure product quality and that clients are well-informed about the offerings.
• Maintain and merchandise authorized SKUs according to the approved layout and plan-o-gram.
• High School Diploma is required; Post-Secondary Education is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in food preparation, ideally in a grilling capacity.
• 1-2 years of experience in a consumer-facing retail environment.
• Ability to inspire and create memorable in-store brand events and demonstrations.
• Proficient communication skills with both management and customers.
• Availability to work a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
• Capability to perform repetitive bending, standing, walking, and the ability to push, pull, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
• A smartphone or tablet (Apple or Android) with internet access is necessary for completing reports while in-store.
• Some overnight travel will be necessary.
