• You will design and oversee the data infrastructure that drives enterprise analytics and federal reporting for some of the most vital public health initiatives in the nation.
• Create, develop, and sustain enterprise ETL pipelines utilizing Azure Data Factory (ADF), Informatica PowerCenter, and Python-based frameworks.
• Construct and enhance scalable data processing solutions using Python, Spark, and Databricks.
• Assist with Medicaid analytics and federal reporting projects including T-MSIS, PERM, MARS, and Quality of Care programs.
• Establish reliable data validation, reconciliation, and audit-traceable pipelines that withstand regulatory scrutiny.
• Compose and refine SQL and stored procedures across relational databases such as Snowflake, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Engage in cloud migration and modernization efforts within Azure-based architectures, integrating legacy and contemporary platforms.
• Work closely with analysts, QA engineers, and BI reporting teams to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and trustworthiness at every phase.
• Take part in code reviews, source control, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• A minimum of 5 years of data engineering experience concentrating on enterprise data warehousing.
• At least 5 years of practical ETL development experience using Informatica PowerCenter, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools.
• Over 5 years of Python development experience for data engineering and automation purposes.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Spark-based processing frameworks (Databricks or equivalent).
• Strong SQL proficiency and practical experience with relational databases including Snowflake, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with source control and DevOps methodologies (Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines).
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.
