Estate and Document Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Accept hand-offs from our Legal Directors to deliver estate planning services for our clients.

• Engage with clients virtually or in-person to assess their estate planning requirements.

• Typical deliverables include revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs.

• Create estate planning documents utilizing your own methods or our provided templates.

• Keep informed about the latest state legislation.

• Collaborate with our team of approachable professionals.

• Manage an established portfolio: Households with average client assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a license in the specified state.

• Entry-level attorneys are welcome to apply.

• Capable of conducting client meetings virtually, but must also be available for in-person meetings to oversee document execution.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Innovative and creative mindset.

• Ability to demonstrate leadership and decisiveness.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Collaborative abilities to transform ideas into strategies with the assistance of tax, business, and financial advisors.
