• Accept hand-offs from our Legal Directors to deliver estate planning services for our clients.
• Conduct virtual or in-person meetings with clients to assess their estate planning requirements.
• Common deliverables include revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs.
• Prepare estate planning documents utilizing your preferred methods or our provided document templates.
• Keep informed about the most recent state laws.
• Collaborate with our team of approachable professionals.
• Manage an established portfolio of clients: Households with average assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
• Must hold a license in the specified state and/or in New Jersey.
• Entry-level attorneys will be considered for this position.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Innovative and creative mindset.
• E&O insurance is mandatory.
• Capability to lead and make decisive choices.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative aptitude to accept and transform ideas into strategies with the assistance of tax, business, and financial advisors.
