This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Design and update the origination policies, credit limits, and eligibility criteria for Tenpo's credit products, balancing growth and risk control.

• Monitor portfolio quality indicators (delinquency, provisions, roll rates, vintage analysis), identifying early deterioration and proposing corrective actions.

• Execute vintage analyses and portfolio segmentation to discern credit behavior patterns and calibrate approval and pricing strategies.

• Ensure that credit processes and models comply with the regulatory standards set by the CMF and the applicable provisions and capital regulations for the neobank.

• Serve as a technical risk reference in the development projects of new credit products, ensuring that risk is appropriately assessed from the design stage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Civil Engineering, or Economics with a quantitative focus.

• At least 3 years of experience in credit risk roles, credit scoring, or portfolio analytics within regulated financial institutions.

• Advanced proficiency in Python or R and excellent SQL skills for extracting and analyzing portfolio data.

• Practical experience conducting portfolio analysis (vintage analysis, roll rates, or provisions).

• Additional points if you have (Desirable): Previous experience in the FinTech ecosystem or Digital Banking.

• Experience in developing or validating scoring models.

• Understanding of CMF regulations applicable to consumer credit.

• Fluent technical English for reading and documentation purposes.
