This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and implement strategies to safeguard the company's information assets.

• Define and enhance security policies across technological platforms and environments.

• Participate in the design of secure architectures, access, and monitoring models.

• Foster a culture of security through internal training and awareness initiatives.

• Support security audits and manage resulting action plans.

• Strengthen defense systems and protocols with clear action pathways.

• Implement and evolve the Security Management System (SGSI).

• Manage security incidents: identification, analysis, and prompt response.

• Detect, investigate, and mitigate vulnerabilities in information assets.

• Lead continuous monitoring efforts to prevent risks, failures, and incidents.

• Conduct controlled intrusion tests to identify weaknesses.

• Validate the effectiveness of defense controls and systems.

• Generate executive reports based on test results and analyses.

• Analyze new trends in cyberattacks and define preventive improvements.

• Keep security mechanisms updated and reinforced.

• Ensure compliance with management standards and systems (SGC and SGSI).

⛳️ Requirements

• Your academic background is in technology or you are a seventh-semester student in software development or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing security incidents, handling vulnerabilities, implementing controls and security policies, and monitoring security across platforms.

• Execution of security tests and simulations to identify risks.

• Definition of defense protocols and action plans.
