This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee escrow transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring precision and adherence to regulations.
• Effectively engage with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the closing process.
• Examine and evaluate title reports, surveys, and legal documents to identify and address any issues.
• Collaborate with title examiners, attorneys, and insurance companies to resolve title-related matters.
• Prepare closing documents and guarantee that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and punctually.
• Conduct closings in accordance with state laws and company policies.
• Supervise the disbursement of funds and the recording of documents post-closing.
• Keep precise records and documentation for each transaction, maintaining confidentiality standards.
• Remain updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices concerning escrow and title services.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of direct experience in escrow, title services, or real estate transactions.
• An active Escrow Officer license may be necessary.
• Notary certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow management systems (experience with Doubletime or Qualia is a plus).
• Understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures specific to the designated region.
