• Spearhead training initiatives across the enterprise by crafting strategies that enhance adoption, ensure alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes for key transformation projects.
• Provide strategic insights and guidance on the creation and execution of organizational learning and development (OD&L) strategies.
• Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Collaborate with executive and functional leaders to refine messaging, manage risks, and facilitate organizational readiness for strategic changes.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with agency and consulting partners.
• Design, administer, and assess the organization’s strategic training plan while establishing metrics to gauge audience engagement.
• Evaluate outcomes and create a standardized reporting structure and timeline.
• Preferably possess knowledge of evolving healthcare audiences and deskless workforces.
• A High School diploma or equivalent, with 5 years of relevant cumulative job experience required, including 2 years in a leadership or management role; OR an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant cumulative job experience required, including 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• A minimum of 5 years in a leadership position with pertinent experience in the training field; experience in large healthcare organizations is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with ERP transformations (or similar change/technology transformations) and the ability to provide insights into best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and manage issues and risks associated with change management and communications.
• Proven experience in measurement and reporting, with the ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and make data-driven decisions to aid change management and training efforts.
