ERP Support Consultant — Production, Proalpha

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a member of the Production team, you will assist our customers with both functional and technical inquiries related to Proalpha ERP.

• You will engage with diverse topics within the production environment and actively influence your area of expertise.

• Through your analyses and close collaboration with customers and internal teams, you will ensure the stability and efficiency of business processes.

• There is also an opportunity for growth into a team facilitation or leadership role over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree or vocational training in a technical or business-related discipline.

• Initial experience with ERP software and customer support, along with a keen interest in production and manufacturing processes.

• A strong technical understanding, proficient use of IT systems and modern software solutions, and excellent analytical skills.

• A service-oriented and structured working style, strong communication abilities, initiative, and enjoyment of diverse tasks.

• Very good German language proficiency for effective communication with customers and internal departments; English language skills are a plus.
