ERP IT Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Accountable for ensuring execution discipline, orchestrating cross-functional activities, managing interdependencies, upholding governance processes, and providing leadership with clear insights into program advancement, risks, challenges, and decisions.

• Act as a reliable partner to business and functional leaders while guaranteeing the achievement of key transformation milestones.

• Facilitate regular project status meetings and document the outcomes.

• Deliver succinct executive-level updates on progress, risks, decisions, and resource requirements.

• Create and disseminate project communications to stakeholders.

• Maintain transparency and alignment through regular communication and reporting practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in project or program management.

• Proven track record in supporting intricate business transformation efforts.

• Skilled in managing several cross-functional workstreams concurrently.

• Extensive experience operating within established project governance frameworks.

• Experience with Finance Transformation programs.

• Background in ERP implementation or ERP readiness initiatives.

• Familiarity with Master Data Governance (MDG) programs.

• Knowledge of Organizational Change Management initiatives.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated sectors.

• Involvement in PMO, program governance, or executive reporting functions.
