ERP Functional Trainer – Project Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and implement the SAP training strategy in alignment with project milestones.

• Conduct training needs assessments across various business functions.

• Create role-specific learning paths for end users, super users, managers, and support teams.

• Organize training schedules in collaboration with project managers and business stakeholders.

• Develop instructor-led training materials, participant guides, quick reference cards, job aids, simulations, videos, and e-learning modules.

• Create role-specific training exercises utilizing SAP S/4HANA business scenarios.

• Update training documentation as system functionalities change.

• Ensure training materials comply with organizational standards and branding guidelines.

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on SAP training sessions.

• Lead workshops and system demonstrations.

• Aid in Train-the-Trainer programs.

• Mentor business super users and local champions.

• Track learner engagement and training completion rates.

• Evaluate learner competency through quizzes and practical exercises.

• Gather feedback and enhance training effectiveness on an ongoing basis.

• Assist in user adoption efforts during the go-live phase and hypercare period.

• Collaborate with Functional Leads across Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), Sales (SD), SAP C4C, and SAP CPQ.

• Convert business processes into easily digestible learning content.

• Take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to familiarize with new functionalities.

• Support communication efforts regarding system updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Education, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP training.

• Proven experience supporting at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation.

• Strong knowledge of ERP business processes.

• Experience in creating learning materials using Microsoft Office and SAP WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms.

• Outstanding presentation and facilitation abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and user experience.

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Understanding of Signavio.

• Experience working with Agile implementation methodologies.

• Prosci Change Management certification or similar is an advantage.

• SAP certification in one or more functional modules is preferred.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in SAP solutions and insight into their influence on business processes.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud.

• Experience training users in one or more of the following: SAP Finance (FI/CO), Materials Management (MM) – Procurement and Inventory Management, Sales & Distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS) - Essential, Procore, Master Data, SAP Fiori Launchpad, SAP Analytics, and reporting.
