This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate across various functions to complete the Build Phase, assisting with system configuration design, testing, migration, and hyper-care activities.
• Finalize conversion functional specification documents, data mapping, cross-reference documents, and data model documents across multiple deployments.
• Propel conversion efforts, ensuring task completion and achieving milestones to stay aligned with the overall timeline.
• Facilitate meetings with cross-functional thread leads.
• Assess team member workloads, identify potential resource constraints, and ensure optimal resource utilization throughout the conversion process.
• Engage in proactive risk management: identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor potential risks while providing real-time alerts for critical issues.
• Oversee and track conversion and issue resolution processes.
• Set clear expectations and foster accountability among team members.
• Address conflicts, encourage collaboration, and inspire teams towards shared objectives.
• Manage multiple conversion activities, tasks, and resources through effective organization, prioritization, and time management to meet program goals.
• Generally requires a University Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience OR, in the absence of a degree, 14 years of pertinent experience.
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP data migration and conversion, preferably within supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments, focusing on planning, production, and aftermarket responsibilities.
• Familiarity with various project methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum methodologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%-50% to other major RTX US locations.
