This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee conversion activities, translating and documenting conversion requirements and detailed plans.
• Facilitate execution tasks in collaboration with various team members and stakeholders, monitor progress, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Adhere to project management processes and best practices to ensure that all tasks, activities, and resources align with the broader program and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate across functions to complete the Build Phase, supporting system configuration design, testing, migration, and hyper-care activities.
• Develop conversion functional specification documents, data mapping, cross-reference documents, and data model documents across multiple deployments.
• Propel conversion progress by ensuring task completion and milestone achievements in accordance with the overall timeline.
• Conduct meetings with cross-functional thread leads.
• Comprehend team member workloads, anticipate potential resource constraints, and ensure optimal resource utilization throughout the conversion process.
• Engage in proactive risk management: identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor potential risks while providing real-time alerts for critical issues.
• Supervise and track the resolution of conversion and deviation issues.
• Clearly communicate expectations and promote accountability among team members.
• Address conflicts, encourage work-sharing, and inspire teams toward shared goals.
• Manage multiple conversion activities, tasks, and resources through effective organization, prioritization, and time management practices to achieve program objectives.
• Additional responsibilities encompass documentation, profiling analytics, reporting, internal stakeholder communication, and identifying improvement areas to enhance the quality and efficiency of cutover activities.
• Generally requires a University Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience, or in the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP data migration and conversion, ideally within supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments, with roles related to planning, production, and aftermarket.
• Familiarity with multiple project methodologies, including waterfall and agile Scrum methodologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%-50% to other major RTX US locations.
