This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Assist in the development and/or support of solutions for ERP PeopleSoft and other TIS applications related to Finance and Supply Chain Management Services.
• Serve in an advisory capacity to the System Office and RHM management teams, aiding in the identification, definition, analysis, and support of assigned programs, projects, and initiatives to optimize outcomes concerning TIS and other applicable procedures.
• Develop and/or support application build solutions for PeopleSoft ERP Finance and Supply Chain applications using People Tools App Designer, SQL Developer, and various other tools.
• Generate functional and/or technical design documents as necessary for the development, testing, and implementation of solutions in accordance with industry standards and Trinity Health guidelines.
• Design, construct, and test new capabilities and solutions in support of application development and the integration of third-party applications.
• Conduct testing of developed solutions alongside other teams and business partners, ensuring effective implementation.
• Engage in and support the design of PeopleSoft and People Tools upgrades.
• Assist in preparing detailed project work plans and status reports.
• Research and contribute recommendations for the introduction of new functionalities.
• Accountable for meeting deadlines while identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Perform critical data analysis of ERP applications, providing recommendations to team members, customers, business owners, and management at all levels as needed.
• Analyze business processes and reengineer them as necessary to meet business and clinical needs.
• Investigate issues raised by TIS or site personnel, validating their impact.
• Aid Trinity Health management in prioritizing vendor, TIS, and business process issues, defining these issues and recommending solutions or triaging them with the team.
• Deliver critical data analysis to support assigned programs, projects, and engagements, effectively communicating findings to colleagues, customers, business owners, and all levels of management as necessary.
• Propose innovative application solutions to enhance workflow, patient safety, productivity, and address financial challenges.
• Offer application integration recommendations to support decisions affecting multiple applications and clinical/business units.
• Provide specialized guidance as needed for integration, architecture, system selection, strategy, electronic health and/or financial records, clinical system implementations, and clinical process transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five (5) years of experience in Information Technology, working effectively within a team environment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of functional experience in supporting ERP PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain modules and IT solutions.
• A minimum of five (5) years of technical or functional experience in developing and supporting ERP PeopleSoft applications.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT development solutions and their implementation within a shared services environment, including associated challenges and issues.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle, including design, configuration/development, testing, QA processes, and implementation.
• Experience in the healthcare or financial systems industry is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and group process skills.
• Proficient in complex problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work for oneself and others to achieve defined objectives.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative shared leadership environment.
• Skilled in consulting and collaborating with all organizational levels to devise solutions that achieve desired outcomes.
