ERM Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The role involves an experienced ERM Administrator who will support the Lead ERM Administrator in overseeing the Materials Management System (MMS), specifically AVEVA ERM, which includes administration, configuration, and support for the comprehensive materials lifecycle management during project execution.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the MMS within the designated scope and location.

• Provide guidance to regional focal points and delivery leads, ensuring a consistent application while maintaining regional accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A candidate with qualifications and experience in material management lifecycle activities specifically for EPC companies.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing project material requirements related to the engineering design, procurement, and construction of Oil & Gas facilities.

• Proficiency in the administration and support of all AVEVA ERM modules.

• Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the material management lifecycle, including Material Take-offs, Requisitioning, Tendering, Purchasing, Expediting, Inspection, Material Allocation, Shipping, and Surplus Management.

• In-depth technical knowledge of project materials, including compliance with local and international codes & standards, as well as client-specific requirements.

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.

• High proficiency in computer skills, with a preference for programming in LUA and advanced knowledge of Excel functionalities.

• Experience in writing SQL queries to facilitate report development within MMS is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of Oracle databases is a plus.

• A solid understanding of data sources related to materials management, encompassing both incoming and outgoing data (e.g., 3D CAD systems, ERP systems, etc.).

• Insight into the relationship between Pipe Classes and commodity code/part numbers, and how they influence 3D CAD and plant design to provide project materials.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
