This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Instruct courses in business administration as well as general education programs.
• Teach organizational behavior and business computer applications.
• Engage in research activities and contribute to school and university service.
• Provide leadership in the development of undergraduate programs and curricula.
• Mentor and oversee senior thesis or capstone projects.
• Promote diversity within the curriculum and faculty with respect to race, gender, and ethnicity.
• Possession of a Ph.D. in Business Administration – Management or a closely related field.
• At least five years of teaching experience at the university level.
• Proven record of professional and/or research-based work.
• Proficiency in standard industry software applications.
• Demonstrated evidence of peer-reviewed publications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Experience in effectively working within multicultural academic settings.
